CATS: An Adaptation

Set in the backdrop of the newest fashion gala, held at the Guggenheim, NY, the story of Cats unfolds through the ‘Jellicle ball’, a frenzied and wild afterparty that sees our cast, the ‘cats’ of the New York arts scene, move up the layers of the museum towards the ever-elusive heavyside layer, a place of total fashion divinity.

The ‘cats’ transform into fantastical rococo figures as the energy of the ball takes hold in an animal farm type reinterpretation of the seminal musical.
